How It Works & ASNC 2016 Reference

Score each segment 0–4 on the stress and rest bull's-eyes. Use the modality buttons to switch between Perfusion, Wall Motion, and Wall Thickening — scores are stored independently. Click Add to Report to append the current modality's findings to the Report tab.

Score definitions (perfusion): 0 = Normal (≥70% peak activity) · 1 = Mildly reduced (60–70%) · 2 = Moderately reduced (50–60%) · 3 = Severely reduced (<50%) · 4 = Absent

ASNC 2016 thresholds:

Stress intro line (shown before stress score sentences)

Use {noun} to include the modality name. End with a colon for "demonstrate the following:" style, or write a complete sentence.

Stress images demonstrate the following:

Stress per-level sentence (one per score level 1–4, appended after intro) {score_label} {noun} in the {segments} {seg_suffix}.

Stress — normal study sentence (used when no stress defect) Stress images demonstrate normal {noun} throughout all 17 segments with no significant defect identified.

Rest intro line (shown before rest score sentences) Rest images demonstrate the following:

Rest per-level sentence (one per score level 1–4, appended after intro) {score_label} {noun} in the {segments} {seg_suffix}.

Rest — normal study sentence (used when no rest defect) Rest images are normal with no fixed defect identified.

Ischemia sentence (reversible defect) A reversible perfusion defect consistent with stress-induced ischemia is identified in the {segments}, involving {pct_flat} of the LV myocardium (AHA-weighted: {pct_weighted}).

Scar sentence (fixed defect) A fixed defect consistent with scar or prior infarction is present in the {segments}, representing {pct_flat} of the LV myocardium (AHA-weighted: {pct_weighted}).

Territory sentence (one per involved territory) {territory} territory involvement is noted with a {pattern} pattern.

Quantitative scores sentence The summed perfusion scores are SSS {sss} ({sss_interp}), SRS {srs} ({srs_interp}), and SDS {sds} ({sds_interp}).

Normal study sentence (used when SSS = 0 and SRS = 0) This is a normal study with no perfusion defect identified on stress or rest imaging (SSS {sss}, SRS {srs}, SDS {sds}).
